It’s the bank holiday weekend and lot of people will be heading out to the design stores this weekend to look for a little something to add to their homes. While, I do enjoy luxury pieces, I also think it’s important to mix it up a little bit and buy something a little more fun now and then.
Made is one of my go to stores when I’m looking for something affordable and well designed. I had a look through their new A/W 15 collection and have chosen 3 pieces that are fun, well priced and worth a look.

EWER – A pendant light in smoke grey and polished brass. Designed by Aaron Probyn
The smoky grey glass helps this light to stand out and it gives a softer glow because of it. £69.

This is a great little piece, so versatile, it could be used in a bedroom, or living room and easy to move about. £69

TUBBY – A 3 seater sofa.
This great sofa is available in 3 different colours, but I really like the Pacific Blue (shown above). I wouldn’t buy more than 1 of these in the same colour, but I’d definitely buy in different colours. £399
